OfferClub privacy: public offers, optional Wishlist accounts, GA4 configuration, report retention, account deletion and privacy rights.
Last updated: October 14, 2026
OfferClub helps people discover limited-time offers for third-party iOS apps and save apps to a Wishlist. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information for the OfferClub app and its related account, offer-reporting and support services (the “Service”).
OfferClub is operated by Sharply Labs Ltd. and Storez LLC. Sharply Labs Ltd., based in Tel Aviv, Israel, is the primary product operator and privacy controller. Storez LLC, at 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, supports U.S. operations and contracting where applicable.
For OfferClub support and privacy requests, email support@sharplyapp.com. You may also send legal or privacy correspondence to hello@sharplylabs.com or use our contact page.
The current app offers public deals, optional accounts, Wishlist syncing and offer reporting. It does not offer paid memberships, member-only deals, personalized recommendations, push alerts, promotional email subscriptions or a developer self-service portal. We will update this Policy before materially different data practices are introduced.
This Policy describes the OfferClub app. Visiting the Sharply Labs website or using a website contact form may also involve the website practices and notices presented there. Apple, Google and third-party app developers have their own policies for their independent services.
You can browse and open public offers without an account. If you choose to create an account to use Wishlist syncing, we process your name, email address, internal account identifier, sign-in provider and authentication information needed to maintain and secure the account. Sign-in is available through Apple or Google. Apple's private relay email addresses are supported.
If the provider does not supply required account details, we ask you to complete them. An email you add may require verification. We do not receive your Apple or Google password. Authentication providers may process connection information, such as an IP address and device information, under their own terms and privacy notices.
We store the apps you save, their public App Store identifiers and display information, and the records needed to sync and update your Wishlist. An app may be saved even when it has no current offer. Saving an app does not tell us whether you installed it, and OfferClub does not inspect a list of apps installed on your device.
When you use the app-store search to find an app by name, the search term and relevant storefront country are sent to Apple's lookup service. When you paste an App Store link, we extract the app identifier for that lookup. These inputs are not included in our Google Analytics event payloads.
We use your current App Store storefront, or your manual selection when automatic detection is unavailable, to check offer availability and search the appropriate store. We do not save that storefront as a field in your OfferClub account profile or send it as an analytics event parameter. Analytics may independently derive approximate geography from network information.
We measure how the app is used, including screen views, visible offer cards, offer details opened, taps to open an Apple offer, search completion and result counts, filter choices, sign-in outcomes, Wishlist changes, report outcomes and support or policy-link taps. Measurements can include public app and offer identifiers, app categories, offer versions, timestamps and session information.
We measure an offer-link handoff; we do not receive confirmation through that measurement that you downloaded an app, redeemed a code or completed a purchase. We do not receive your payment-card information or your personal purchase history for third-party apps through OfferClub's offer links.
See Section 4 for the analytics configuration and its limits.
A report includes the offer and version, the selected reason, a report reference, submission time and handling status. You may choose to include an explanation and contact email. We do not automatically insert your account email into those optional fields. A report submitted while signed in is associated with your account so that its personal fields can be removed when you delete the account.
To limit abusive reports, our service processes network information and stores short-lived, protected values derived from an IP address and request counters. Our application does not store the raw IP address in the offer report. Hosting and security providers may separately process connection logs.
If you email us or use a contact form, we receive the information you provide and the information needed to reply. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or information unrelated to your request.
The app and its service providers process technical information needed for connections, security and operation, such as IP addresses, device and operating-system information, app versions, request timing and error status. Google Analytics also processes its app-instance identifier and standard app, device and session information.
The app stores authentication state, a last-confirmed Wishlist copy and preferences such as completion of the introduction on your device. The app does not require access to precise GPS location, contacts, photos, the microphone or the device's advertising identifier for the current features.
We use information to:
Account creation does not subscribe you to marketing. The current app does not send Wishlist push alerts or promotional email campaigns. Necessary authentication, verification, security and support messages may still be sent.
OfferClub uses Google Analytics for Firebase, commonly called GA4, for product measurement. In the current version, analytics is enabled by default for guests and signed-in users, and there is no in-app analytics on/off setting.
Analytics uses a pseudonymous app-instance identifier. It also processes standard device, app, interaction and session information, and can derive approximate location from network information. Pseudonymous information is not the same as anonymous information.
We do not include your name, email address, Firebase account ID as a GA4 User-ID, raw search terms, pasted links, offer codes, redemption URLs, free-form report explanations or raw sign-in errors in our analytics event payloads. App and offer identifiers in those events refer to public catalog items. We do not configure GA4 advertising personalization or advertising storage in the app; collection of Apple's advertising and vendor identifiers is disabled, and we have not enabled Google Ads linking or Google signals for OfferClub.
For a signed-in account, we privately associate analytics app-instance identifiers with the account so that we can request deletion of the related analytics when the account is deleted. This association is held in our backend; it is not a name or email sent as an analytics event parameter. Guest analytics collected before sign-in is not merged into the signed-in account. Signing out resets the local analytics identifier, and subsequent use may generate new guest analytics.
GA4's event and user data retention is configured to 14 months, with the user-identifier retention reset on new activity turned off. Google's periodic deletion processing applies. This setting does not impose the same time limit on standard aggregated reports.
You can contact us about analytics-related access, deletion or objection rights. The absence of an in-app switch does not remove rights granted by applicable law. Reading this Policy or accepting our Terms is not, by itself, consent to processing that legally requires a separate choice.
More information is available in Google's Privacy Policy, Firebase's privacy information and Google Analytics retention information.
We disclose information as needed for the purposes in this Policy:
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use the current app to track your activity across unrelated companies' apps and websites for targeted advertising.
| Information | Retention approach |
|---|---|
| Account details and Wishlist | Kept while needed to provide your account. A verified deletion request initiates removal from our active account and Wishlist systems. See Section 7 for provider processing and exceptions. |
| Optional report explanation, contact email and report-to-account association | Scheduled to expire 90 days after submission. Expired private fields are not provided by our report-administration service. Automated physical deletion may take additional time. Account deletion removes the personal fields of reports linked to that account earlier. |
| Report reason, offer reference and handling history without those private fields | May remain for offer-quality and service-operation records, without the removed contact text or account association. |
| Report anti-abuse values and counters | Scheduled to expire within two days of creation; automated physical cleanup may take additional time. This does not set the retention period for separate infrastructure logs. |
| GA4 event and user data | Retention setting of 14 months, subject to Google's processing cycles. Standard aggregated reports may remain longer. |
| Private analytics identifiers used for deletion | Kept as needed to associate signed-in activity with a deletion request. Once the required requests are accepted and account deletion completes, the account's deletion identifiers are removed from our backend. |
| Support correspondence, security records, infrastructure logs and any backup copies | Retention depends on the purpose, unresolved issues, applicable legal requirements and provider deletion cycles. Access is limited to the relevant operational, security or legal purpose. These records do not all share one universal deletion deadline. |
We limit any information retained for legal, security or dispute reasons to what is reasonably needed. We may keep genuinely de-identified or aggregated statistics longer where they cannot reasonably identify you.
You can request deletion in Profile → Delete account. You may be asked to confirm access to your connected sign-in providers. You can also contact us at support@sharplyapp.com; we may need to verify your identity to protect the account.
The deletion process removes your account details and Wishlist from our active systems, removes personal fields from reports linked to the account, invalidates account access and clears account-specific local data as the app completes the process. It also submits deletion requests to Google Analytics for the app-instance identifiers registered to the account. If a required step fails, deletion may remain pending while the service retries; it is not treated as completed merely because you tapped the button.
Google's acceptance of an analytics deletion request is not confirmation that all Google-side processing has finished. Standard aggregated reports may remain. Firebase Authentication and other providers apply their own deletion and backup-processing cycles; for example, Firebase's published privacy information describes a period of up to 180 days for removal of authentication information from its live and backup systems after a deletion is initiated.
Earlier guest analytics that was not associated with the account cannot be located through an account deletion. A report submitted as a guest is also not automatically found through that account. You may contact us with the report reference or other relevant information so that we can assess a separate request without asking for unnecessary identification.
Deleting OfferClub does not delete your Apple or Google account, remove another developer's records, cancel a third-party subscription or revoke an entitlement granted in another app. Uninstalling OfferClub does not, by itself, request deletion of an existing account.
Where a legal basis is required, we process account and Wishlist information to provide the service you request; operational security, abuse prevention and support information for our legitimate interests, subject to your rights; and information required to comply with legal obligations. Product measurement serves our interest in understanding and improving OfferClub. Reliance on that interest is subject to applicable law and does not override a separate consent or objection requirement for analytics technologies. Where consent is required, that requirement applies independently of this Policy.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your information, correct it, request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or request portability. You may also have a right to appeal a decision about a request or complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Applicable exceptions may limit a particular request.
Send requests to support@sharplyapp.com or hello@sharplylabs.com. We may ask for proportionate verification or clarification and will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we decline a request, you may reply asking for a review. We do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable privacy rights.
For residents of U.S. states with applicable privacy laws, the categories, purposes and recipients described above also describe our relevant processing. The current app does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or perform profiling that makes decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
OfferClub is intended for an international audience. Sharply Labs operates in Israel, and Storez supports U.S. operations. The OfferClub application database is configured in Iowa, United States. Authentication, analytics, communications and other provider services may process information in other locations; this Policy does not promise that all information stays in Iowa or in your country.
Where required, international transfers are subject to applicable data-protection terms and recognized safeguards. You may contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your information.
We use measures intended to protect information, including encrypted network connections, access controls and restricted administrative access. No system can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected account misuse or security issues to support@sharplyapp.com, without including passwords or payment-card details.
OfferClub is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where applicable.
We may update this Policy as the Service or applicable requirements change. We will revise the date and provide additional notice or choices where required. A policy update does not itself provide consent for a new activity that requires it.
